This update is brought to you courtesy of eccentric_hat and her laptop. Lovely, the both of them.

For once, I have several Good Things to report. The most important one is that I HAVE A JOB! Beginning tomorrow, I'll be a receptionist at a dot-com printing company. The website of which reads rather like a dot-com-ish equivalent to Dunder-Mifflin. Quoth Kevin: Sweet.

Also, my computer is fixed and will be on its way to me tomorrow. Arriving sometime - Tuesday or Wednesday - next week, although I may have trouble actually picking it up from FedEx, since I'll BE AT WORK. (Excitement!) I suppose we'll have packages to pick up for eccentric_hat as well, since I won't be home anymore to greet my erstwhile best friend, the Astoria FedEx guy. Alas.

(I'm afraid this post is going to read as rather drunken in the morning. It's not, I assure you; it's merely late at night.)

i picked a weekend in feb. does the 16th work? i would come in around noon or so according to the greyhound site, but i can get there later if you have other stuff to do (the bus leaves at 4:30 in the morning, which i picked so that i can sleep halfway there, and have time to like take a shower and eat and all that when i get there). im glad as hell that you have a job now, so you dont have to pick through dumpsters for food.

Weekend in Feb. is great -- you know it's President's Day weekend, so Monday's a holiday, right? I'll call you to discuss further timing things -- noon is a fine arrival, except that I won't be off until 5/5:15. I'll talk to you after Sunday's theatre stuff is all finished.

monday a holiday, eh? thats sort of exciting... i can leave monday night and get in on tuesday morning and go straight to school. this is completely plannable. word. call me.
