One of the many things I love about my job is the people I run into. Take tonight, for example: I sold a large Coke to a guy I haven't seen in two years, whom I've been meaning to contact for help getting rid of ye olde Star Wars collectionne. Now I have to e-mail him soon, 'cause he's expecting it. Brilliant! Last week, an art teacher who only taught at GHHS my senior year said hi to me on his way into Fahrenheit 9/11. At Christmas, I saw tons of people, including my journalism teacher (who detested Cold Mountain), my best-friend-in-second-grade's mom and little sister, and my pediatrician. And of course, the bestest run-in ever, Justin. Good times at the theater, no doubt.

Speaking of the movies, my 20 words or under review of Spider-man 2: Alfred Molina kicks ass; the dialogue is better; James Franco is teh hotass; overall, I'd give it a "meh." (To be fair to the film, we didn't start it until after 1 am, and I had just worked the 5-hour desk shift from hell, so fatigue may have clouded my judgment.)

I geeked out with Aaron for an hour and a half after my shift ended tonight. Damn that was fun. It made me miss school and late-night conversations about nothing. We had costumed characters (Spidey and Doc Ock) in the lobby tonight, which made me miss Crazy Steve. I'll treasure the memory of the night he wore his Spider-man spandex to Brelrehearsal forever. Oh, Steve.

I have to be back at work at noon. Whee!
