May. 4th, 2005 12:01 amMy folklore paper was due seven hours ago. Meh.
Around 3 o'clock, I realized just how far I was from finishing and resigned myself to turning it in a bit late. "A bit" became "tomorrow" shortly after that, when I reexamined my outline and realized I'd left out an entire section. Also, when I made a title page, but couldn't come up with a title beyond "Angela Carter's Puss in Boots: He Sings, He Dances!" Argument? What argument?
So then I went to my Stoppard professor's house and watched Shakespeare in Love. Brilliant.
Now I'm realizing I don't really know what to do: should I take the earliest bus possible (6:55, arriving at 7:30)? Should I work on it tonight, go to work in the morning (or reschedule for the afternoon), and turn it in when I can talk to the professor? Do I e-mail the prof, regardless?
