e_clare...that I am the best fucking housemate EVER. I mowed the front yard -- which is 50% hill -- with a push mower.
Yeah, one of those with the rotary blades. And it was a leeetle mower, too, so it only cut maybe 12 inches across at a time. With all of the grass at least six inches high (no joke, you guys, it's been a month and half since last trimming -- and we've had torrential downpours for a significant part of that month)...it was a challenge. Did I mention the mosquitoes? GINORMOUS mosquitoes. I can only see two, maybe three, bites at the moment, but I'm just waiting for the rest to pop up.
I am also the fucking stinkiest housemate ever at the moment, so I'll run along now.
Edit: Kudos to the roommates who finished the yard. May the grass never get this tall again.
